Ingredients
serves 4:
• 4 square ciabatta buns
• 4 slices of grilled ham 0.5 cm thick.
• 4 Parmareggio Parmigiano Reggiano-based slices
• 120 g of herb (dandelion) cream


Preparation

Cut the ciabatta bun in half.
Grill the slices of ham.
Spread the herb cream on the base of the bun and place a slice of ham on it with a Parmareggio slice on top, then place the upper part of the bun.
Toast the stuffed bun and serve warm.
