Chicken breast bolognaise


Ingredients
serves 6:
• 6 chicken breasts
• 150g of mortadella
• 150g of Parmareggio 30-month old grated Parmigiano Reggiano
• 50g of butter
• 4 table spoons of cream
• salt


Preparation

Beat the chicken breasts so as to obtain the escalope.
After flouring them, place them in a pan to brown in butter, adding a pinch of salt.
Just before they are cooked, place a slice of mortadella over the chicken breast and cover with grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
Slowly complete the cooking adding the cream and placing the lid over the pan.
