Noodles with Culatello and Lemon


Ingredients

Serves 4:


• 400 g of egg noodles
• 100 g of Culatello di Zibello
• 100 g of Parmareggio Butter 
• 1 untreated lemon

  • Noodles with Culatello and Lemon


Preparation

Melt gently the Parmareggio Butter over a low flame and remove the residue of the butter. Keep the rest and add the grated lemon peel. Cut the Culatello of Zibello into julienne strips and pan-fry it with butter.


Cook egg noodles into salted water, then drain slightly underdone
 and pan-fry with the butter and the Culatello. Complete with a sprinkle of pepper.
