Preparation
Put oil and two cloves of garlic in a pan.
When the oil is hot, add the pork chops and brown over high heat, adding a bit of salt.
When the pork chops are almost cooked, cover them with slices of Parmigiano Reggiano.
Cover the pan for a few minutes to allow the Parmareggio slices to melt a bit. Serve immediately while hot.
