Tasty tortillas


Ingredients
• 4 wholemeal tortilla wraps
• 120 g of Parmareggio Parmigiano Reggiano Cream
• 120 g of Parmigiano Reggiano Petals
• 120 g of grilled courgettes marinated in apple vinegar and summer savoury leaves
• 16 slices of Milano salami 3 mm thick.
• 4 leaves of iceberg lettuce


Preparation

Cut the courgettes 5 mm thick and grill them.
Upon grilling them, dress and marinate them with salt, apple vinegar and some summer savoury leaves.
Leave to marinate for a few hours.
Spread the Parmigiano Reggiano cream over the entire tortilla.
Place the courgettes on top and cover them with the Milano salami.
Place a lettuce leave in the middle.
Roll the tortilla trying to keep all the ingredients within.
Cut into round slices, 2cm thick. Serve at room temperature.
