Parmissimo is packaged in a resealable tray that guarantees a “like freshly cut” effect and prolongs product shelf life aftrer opening.
This is the Parmigiano Reggiano with the most delicate flavour, which recalls hints of milk and fresh fruit, accompanied by vegetal notes such as grass and flowers. This cheese is ideal cut into cubes for a drink, preferably combined with dry white wines matched with fresh fruit such as pears and green apples, or combined with fruit jam.
